Dozens of “incensed” Muslims in Egypt congregated before the house of a Christian on the accusation that was trying to transform his home into a church. Security arrived in time to disperse angry Muslims before acts of violence were committed.
A security source said that clashes between Muslims and Christians were avoided, confirming that information had spread suggesting that a Christian was trying to transform his home into a church, prompting Muslims to rise in anger.
Coptic Christians trying to—or merely being accused of—turning their homes into churches in Egypt is not an uncommon occurrence and ultimately reflects the difficulties Copts face in building or even renovating their existing churches, all in accordance with Islamic law.
The incident took place in ‘Arb Ensamat in the region of Abu Qirqas, south Minya.

Dear Raymond, it is possible that Egypt will break into bloody islamic chaos in the next few months and years becoming another failed state as MB, ISIS and Egyptian military fight out. What will become of millions of Egyptian Christians? Do they have their own territory ( a Christian heartland) within Egypt where they can retreat and defend as their Christian homeland?

There is no Christian heartland within Egypt.

So what will the ten million Egyptian Christians do as Egypt disintegrates into islamic fiefdoms and becomes another failed state?
