Yet another Islamic cleric recently made it permissible for the Islamic fighters waging a jihad in Syria—politely known as “the opposition”—to rape the nation’s women.
Salafi Sheikh Yasir al-‘Ajlawni, a Jordanian of origin who earlier lived in Damascus, Syria for 17 years, posted a YouTube video last week where he said he was preparing to issue a “legitimate fatwa” making it legal (in the eyes of Islam) for those Muslims fighting to topple secular president Bashar Assad and install Sharia law to “capture and have sex with” all non-Sunni women, specifically naming Assad’s own sect, the Alawites, as well as the Druze and several others, in short, all non-Sunnis and non-Muslims.
The sheikh used Islam’s legitimate Arabic term for these hapless, non-Muslim women, melk al-yamin, a phrase that appears in Islam’s sacred book, the Koran, and which is simply a reference to non-Muslim sex-slaves. For example, Koran 4:3 commands Muslim men to “Marry such women as seem good to you, two and three and four… or what your right hands possess.” Islam’s ulema, or “scholars,” are unanimously agreed that “what your right hands possess” is, according to Islamic law, simply a sex-slave. Linguistic evidence further suggests that she is seen more as an animal or a possession than a human—hence this inhuman fatwa.
Jordanian Sheih Yasir al-‘Ajlawni is certainly not the first cleric to legitimize the rape of infidel women in recent times. Calls to capture and rape non-Muslim women are appearing with increasing frequency from all corners of the Islamic world.
A few months earlier, Saudi preacher Muhammad al-Arifi also issued a fatwa allowing jihadi fighters to engage in “intercourse marriage” with captive Syrian women that lasts for a few hours “in order to give each fighter a turn”—also known as gang-rape.
Then there is Egyptian Sheikh Ishaq Huwaini, who once lectured on how infidel captives, or to use another term from the Koran, ghanima, the “spoils of war,” are to be distributed among the jihadis and taken to “the slave market, where slave-girls and concubines are sold.” He, too, referred to such women as “what your right hands possess,” saying: “You go to the market and buy her, and she becomes like your legal mate—though without a contract, a guardian, or any of that stuff—and this is agreed upon by the ulema…. In other words, when I want a sex-slave, I go to the market and pick whichever female I desire and buy her.”
Indeed, even some Muslim women advocate the enslavement and rape of fellow (non-Muslim) women. Kuwaiti political activist, Salwa al-Mutairi, for instance, is working to see the institution of sex-slavery return. In a video she posted online, she explained how she once asked Islam’s greatest authorities living in the city of Mecca, the city of Islam, about the legality of sex-slavery and how they all confirmed it to be perfectly legitimate. According to Mutairi:
A Muslim state must [first] attack a Christian state—sorry, I mean any non-Muslim state—and they [the women, the future sex-slaves] must be captives of the raid. Is this forbidden? Not at all; according to Islam, sex slaves are not at all forbidden. Quite the contrary, the rules regulating sex-slaves differ from those for free women [i.e., Muslim women]: the latter’s body must be covered entirely, except for her face and hands, whereas the sex-slave is kept naked from the bellybutton on up—she is different from the free woman; the free woman has to be married properly to her husband, but the sex-slave—he just buys her and that’s that.
The Kuwaiti activist went on to offer concrete suggestions: “For example, in the Chechnya war, surely there are female Russian captives. So go and buy those and sell them here in Kuwait; better that than have our men engage in forbidden sexual relations. I don’t see any problem in this, no problem at all.”
One can go on and on with more examples. The point is that last week’s fatwa permitting the jihadi-led “opposition” to target and rape non-Sunni Syrian women is in good company, and certainly not an aberration.
The only aberration seems to be the United States’ wholesale support for self-professed rapists and terrorists—quite laughably, in the name of “democracy.”
Update: Once again, Sheila Musaji of American Muslim demonstrates that the purpose of her site is simply to lie and provide cover for Islamic atrocities — including rapes. She portrays this fatwa as a “fantasy” concocted by me and others — without once addressing the fact that there is a real video, of a real cleric, saying the very words I ascribed to him, or that this fatwa was also reported on numerous Arabic news media. Shameful, if not downright disgusting behavior by this so-called “American Muslim.”
It can’t be made clearer: the “opposition” is not made up of men of decency and respect for other people. The “thousands” that have died are used as a “reason” to help these ones who would gladly rape any and all women who have a part in advocating, or actively providing funds, for them to receive help against the government of the country. Only the One True God can make things right and prayers are said daily for Him to do so.

No, I jumped off long ago, have been studying terrorism for some years from some of the best in the business, and islam in particular. And I did not call the government and its agents “men” either. you misunderstood the article. there are different sects of islam (the religion muslims follow) in syria. one of them is sunni, others include shia, allawi (a branch of shia), wahabi (a branch of sunni), and a few more. he is pretty much saying any person who is not sunni can be raped. (I’m a shia muslim, so the women who follow my religion there will also be raped…). this is what america is funding to overthrow the current government. what do you would of happened to syria if they succeeded?

Ayatollah Boroujerdi’s condition has reportedly worsened as of January 28, 2014, when he suffered severe body tremors and was motionless for hours in his cell. The authorities still refuse to transfer him to a medical facility and are denying him the most basic medical care. We ask for intervention to save his life.
Ayatollah Hossein-Kazamani Boroujerdi, a senior member of the Shiite Muslim clergy, is presently serving the eighth year of an 11-year sentence handed down to him by the Islamic Republic’s courts for advocating the separation of state
and religion inside Iran. He has also spoken against political Islam and its leaders. As a result, during his time in prison, he has been exposed to torture especially reserved for the Islamic Republic’s dissident clergy and political prisoners. Boroujerdi HAS ENDURED THE RAPE OF HIS SPOUSE IN FRONT OF OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS. He has been purposely exposed to toxic chemical agents while kept in a small solitary cell. As a result, he now suffers permanent
neurological damage, further aggravated by group beatings. Urgent medical attention has been systematically withheld for his long list of ailments, which are mostly a direct result of years of torture and malnutrition.
On September 29, 2013, for example, Ayatollah Boroujerdi suffered a heart attack in prison for which he was refused medical intervention. His condition has reportedly worsened as of January 28, 2014, when he had severe body tremors
and was motionless for hours in his cell, where he presently remains with no medical care.
Possibly due to Ayatollah Boroujerdi’s prominence, the regime has apparently chosen not to execute him, but instead to kill him silently in prison. There were two failed attempts on his life by poisoning inside prison in 2012. His mother, detained at the same time, was also poisoned and died as a result. Previously, in November 2011, a prisoner on death row was told by the authorities that if he succeeded in killing Boroujerdi he would be set free. The attempt failed when other prisoners intervened.
To protest the violent crimes of political Islam in the Islamic Republic, Boroujerdi announced via audio tape from prison that: “I am not inclined anymore to wear this frock; this frock has no credit or value in Iran or the international community” and removed his clerical robes.
Ayatollah Boroujerdi descends from a long line of renowned Shiite clergy; both his father and grandfather were staunch opponents of religious leaders in politics. As a result, both of his parents, along with his brother, were killed by the authorities under mysterious circumstances, as is the regime’s custom.
Despite his critical medical condition in prison, he remains defiant and his spirit remains unbreakable: he has stated hopes that his case will serve as a strong indictment of the Islamic Republic’s despotic rule and unspeakable human
rights violations.
Ayatollah Boroujerdi has risked losing his life slowly under torture by writing letters from inside prison to then-U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and to the United Nations, speaking of the absolute lack of freedom inside Iran,
the grotesque human rights violations and the imminent danger of political Islam. Further, he recently urged people of Iran to boycott the so-called elections on June 14, 2013. As a direct result of this statement his tortures recommenced despite his extremely fragile medical condition.
Ms. Roya Araghi, an advocate of Boroujerdi who herself was jailed and tortured for defending the him, and has since fled Iran, believes that without medical treatment and international intervention, Ayatollah Boroujerdi will most likely die soon under torture.
On June 29, 2013, members of Ayatollah Boroujerdi’s family went to Evin prison to visit him, and were shocked to see nature of his physical condition in the seventh year of his 11-year sentence. He has developed acute heart disease, which has led to the severe swelling of his feet and knees. He also suffers from ocular, pulmonary and respiratory disorders, but has been denied medical treatment by officials until he “repents “and “mends his ways”.
On July 8, 2013, Boroujerdi was interrogated for an extended period of time by government agents for his refusal to concede to the demands of the regime by signing a letter of “repentance.” He was informed that “the pressures and
tortures will increase until he has been destroyed”. He has thus far refused to surrender.
In a rare phone call to his family that followed this episode, he stated that he “will never give in to a single threat or intimidation tactic of the regime.” His family stated that he also added, “he does not regret any of his actions and stands by his word, as he is prepared to die”.
After their visit, the Boroujerdi family announced that the tyrannical regime of the Islamic Republic’s fanatics continue systematically to exterminate political prisoners and prisoners of conscience through well-planned prolonged torture; both psychological and physical.
Despite a statement by then-U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2012 and a plea by the UN Special Rapporteur on Iran, Dr. Ahmad Shaheed, to release Ayatollah Boroujerdi, the Iranian regime continues to torture this man of God
whose only crime is advocating separation of religion from politics, democracy and human rights.
On July 24, 2013, Andrew Bennett, Canada’s Ambassador to the Office of Religious Freedom, condemned the prolonged detention of Grand Ayatollah Boroujerdi by Iranian authorities, but to no avail.
The regime of Iran is silently executing Mr. Boroujerdi, without a bullet or a noose — away from the eyes of the world. These silent executions are now a common method of killing political prisoners in Iran as the regime tries to hide its grotesque human rights violations and its escalating rate of executions of opponents.
The human rights activists for democracy in Iran would like to bring to the immediate attention of all international human
rights organizations and governments that Ayatollah Boroujerdi’s life is in grave danger due to deliberate withholding of necessary medical care by the authorities in Iran. We ask for an intervention on his behalf, to save his life.

• What has been narrated by Al-Shahrastani of Ibrahim, son
of Sayyar al-Mu’tazili al-Nazzam, who said: «Omar hit Fatima
on the day of the pledge of allegiance to such a degree that she lost the fetus in her stomach, and he used to cry out: “Burn her house along with those inside!” None were inside the house but Ali, and Fatima, and Hassan, and Hussain.» [1]
This was also narrated by Al-Safadi on behalf of Al-Nazzam,
with the following phrase: «Omar hit the stomach of Fatima
on the day of the pledge of allegiance to such a degree that she lost Al-Muhassin.» [2]
• What has been narrated of Al-Baladhiri, of Sulayman
al-Taymi, and of Abdullah, son of ‘Awn – both of these are trusted by the Bakris – who both said: «Abu Bakr sent (a message) to Ali that he wanted for him to pledge allegiance, and he did not pledge allegiance to him. Thereupon,

Ali, and Abbas, and Zubayr, they were sitting in the house of Fatima till Abu Bakr sent Omar, son of al-Khattab, to force them out of Fatima’s house, and he told him: “If they refuse, then fight them!” Then he approached them with a piece of burning wood in order to set their house on fire. Fatima approached him and said: “O son of Al-Khattab! Have you come to burn our house?” He said: “Yes, or you will enter that which the nation has entered (the allegiance of Abu Bakr).”» [4]
• What has been narrated of Ibn Qutayba al-Daynouri – who is regarded by them as “Al-Sadouq” (the excessively truthful man), as Ibn Hajar described him – who said: «Abu Bakr was missing a people who failed to pledge allegiance to him who were at the place of Ali (may Allah dignify his face). So he sent Omar to them, who then came and called for them while they were in the house of Ali, and they refused to go ut. So he called for wood, and he said: “By Him whom in His Hands is the self of Omar, you will go out or I will burn it on those who are inside it!” Then it was said to him:
“O Aba-Hafs! Fatima is in it!” He said: “And so what?!” So they went out and all pledged allegiance, except for Ali, for it is claimed that he said: “I have sworn to not go out, nor place my robe on my shoulders until I collect the Qur’an.”
Thereupon, Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her) stood at her door and said: “I have never seen a people that have
approached us in a worse way than you! You left the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s blessings be upon him) a corpse between our hands and you agreed between
yourselves to neither obey us nor return our right!” Thereupon, Omar went to Abu Bakr, and he said to him: “Will you not take this man who has failed to pledge allegiance to you?” Then Abu Bakr said to Qunfudh, who was a servant to him: “Go and call Ali to me.” So he went to Ali, and he (Ali) said to him: “What is your desire?” Then he said: “The
successor of Allah’s Messengers calls for you.” Then Ali said: “How quick are you to lie about Allah’s Messenger!” So he returned and delivered the message. Thereupon, Abu Bakr cried for a long time. Then Omar said: “Do not act slowly for this man who failed to pledge allegiance to you.” Then Abu Bakr said to Qunfudh: “Return to him and say to him:
‘The successor of Allah’s Messenger calls for you to pledge allegiance.'”
Qunfudh came to him and did what he was asked. Ali raised his voice and said:
“Glory be to Allah! He claims something that is not for him!” Qunfudh returned and delivered the message. Thereupon, Abu Bakr cried for a long time.
Then Omar stood up and a group of people walked with him till they reached the door of Fatima, and they knocked the door.
When she heared their voices, the shouted with her loudest voice: “O my father, O Allah’s Messenger! What have we faced after you from the son of Al-Khattab and the son of Abi-Quhafa!”» [5]
• What has been narrated of Al-Juwayni in his chain of
narrators of Ibn Abbas, of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s blessings be upon him and his family) who foretold what will happen to his daughter, Al-Zahra (may Allah’s blessings be upon her). He said: «And when I saw her, I
remembered what will happen to her after me as if I was her and humiliation entered her house, and her sanctity was violated, and her right was usurped, and she was prevented from her inheritance, and her side-rib was broken, and
she lost her unborn child, and she was screaming: “O Mohammadah! And she was not answered! And she asks for help but is not helped! And she will remain, after me, sorrowful, and grieved, and crying.”» [6]
• What has been narrated of Al-Suyuti in regards of Abu
Bakr’s (may Allah curse him) regret for his attack on the house of Al-Zahra al-Batoul (may Allah’s blessings be upon her), in which he said: «I wish that I had not revealed the house of Fatima, and that I had rather left it, even if it
would have remained closed for a war!”» [7]

The Prophet asked Abu Bakr for ‘Aisha’s hand in marriage. Abu Bakr said “But I am your brother.” The Prophet said, “You are my brother in Allah’s religion and His Book, but she (Aisha) is lawful for me to marry.”
Arabs were a primitive lot with little rules to abide. Yet they had some code of ethics that they honored scrupulously. For example, although they fought all the year round, they abstained from hostilities during certain holy months of
the year. They also considered Mecca to be a holy city and did not make war against it. A adopted son’s wife was deemed to be a daughter in law and they would not marry her. Also it was customary that close friends made a pact of brotherhood and considered each other as true brothers. The Prophet disregarded all of these rules anytime they stood between him and his interests or whims.
Abu Bakr and Muhammad had pledged to each other to be brothers. So according to their customs Ayesha was supposed to be like a niece to the “Holy Prophet” of Mecca. Yet that did not stop him asking Abu Bakr for her hand, even when she was only six years old.
But this moral relativist “Holy Prophet” of Mecca would use the same excuse to reject a woman he did not like.
Sahih Bukhari V.7, B62, N. 37
Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas:
It was said to the Prophet, “Won’t you marry the daughter of Hamza?” He said, “She is my foster niece (brother’s daughter). ”
Hamza and Abu Bakr both were the foster brothers of Muhammad. But Ayesha must have been too pretty for the “Holy Prophet” of Mecca to abide by the codes of ethics and custom.
In the following Hadith he confided to Aisha that he had dreamed of her before soliciting her from her father.
Sahih Bukhari 9.140
Narrated ‘Aisha:
Allah’s Apostle said to me, “You were shown to me twice (in my dream) before I married you. I saw an angel carrying you in a silken piece of cloth, and I said to him, ‘Uncover (her),’ and behold, it was you. I said (to myself), ‘If this is from Allah, then it must happen.
Whether Muhammad had actually such a dream or he just said it to please Aisha is not the point. What matters here is that it indicates that Aisha was a baby being “carried” by an angel when the Prophet dreamed of her.
There are numerous hadithes that explicitly reveal the age of Ayesha at the time of her marriage. Here are some of them.
Sahih Bukhari 5.236.
Narrated Hisham’s father:
Khadija died three years before the Prophet departed to Medina. He stayed there for two years or so and then he married ‘Aisha when she was a girl of six years of age, and he
consumed that marriage when she was nine years old.
Sahih Bukhari 5.234
Narrated Aisha:
The Prophet engaged me when I was a girl of six (years). We went to Medina and stayed at the home of Bani-al-Harith bin Khazraj. Then I got ill and my hair fell down. Later on my
hair grew (again) and my mother, Um Ruman, came to me while I was playing in a swing with some of my girl friends. She called me, and I went to her, not knowing what she wanted to do to me. She caught me by the hand and made me stand at the door of the house. I was breathless then, and when my breathing became Allright, she took some water and rubbed my face and head with it. Then she took me into the house. There in the house I saw some Ansari women who said, “Best wishes and Allah’s Blessing and a good luck.” Then she
entrusted me to them and they prepared me (for the marriage). Unexpectedly Allah’s Apostle came to me in the forenoon and my mother handed me over to him, and at that time I was a girl of nine years of age.
And in another Hadith we read.
Sunan Abu-Dawud Book 41, Number 4915, also Number 4916 and Number 4917
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu’minin:
The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) married me when I was seven or six. When we came to Medina, some women came. according to Bishr’s version: Umm Ruman came to me when I was swinging. They took me, made me prepared and decorated me. I was then brought to the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him), and he took up cohabitation with me when I was nine. She halted me at the door, and I burst into laughter.
In the above hadith we read that Aisha was swinging, This is a play of little girls not grown up people. The following Hadith is particularly interesting because it shows that Aisha was so small that was not aware what was going on when the Holy Prophet “surprised” her by going to her.
Sahih Bukhari Volume 7, Book 62, Number 90
Narrated Aisha:
When the Prophet married me, my mother came to me and made me enter the house (of the Prophet) and nothing surprised me but the coming of Allah’s Apostle to me in the
forenoon.
Must have been quite a surprise! But the following is also interesting because it demonstrates that she was just a kid playing with her dolls. Pay attention to what the interpreter wrote in the parenthesis. (She was a little girl, not yet reached the age of puberty)
Sahih Bukhari Volume 8, Book 73, Number 151
Narrated ‘Aisha:
I used to play with the dolls in the presence of the Prophet, and my girl friends also used to play with me. When Allah’s Apostle used to enter (my dwelling place) they used to hide themselves, but the Prophet would call them to join and play with me. (The playing with the dolls and similar images is forbidden, but it was allowed for ‘Aisha at that time, as she was a little girl, not yet reached the age of puberty.) (Fateh-al-Bari page 143, Vol.13)
Sahih Muslim Book 008, Number 3311
‘A’isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) married her when she was seven years old, and he was taken to his house as a bride when she was nine, and her dolls were with her; and when he (the Holy Prophet) died she was eighteen years old.
The holy Prophet died when he was 63. So he must have married Aisha when he as 51 and had full sexual intercourse with her when he was 54.
Sahih Bukhari Volume 8, Book 73, Number 33
Narrated ‘Aisha:
I never felt so jealous of any woman as I did of Khadija, though she had died three years before the Prophet married me, and that was because I heard him mentioning her
too often, and because his Lord had ordered him to give her the glad tidings that she would have a palace in Paradise, made of Qasab and because he used to slaughter a sheep and distribute its meat among her friends.
Khadija died in December of 619 AD. That is two years before Hijra. At that time the Prophet was 51-years-old. So in the same year that Khadija died the prophet married Aisha and took her to his home 3 years later, i.e. one year after Hijra. But until she “grew up” he married Umm Salama.
In another part Aisha claims that as long as she remembers her parents were always Muslims.
Sahih Bukhari Volume 5, Book 58, Number 245
Narrated ‘Aisha:
(the wife of the Prophet) I never remembered my parents
believing in any religion other than the true religion (i.e. Islam),
If Ayesha was older i.e. 16 or 18 as some Muslims claim, she would have remembered the religion of her parents prior to becoming Muslims.
Now someone may still claim that all these hadithes are lies. People are free to say whatever they want. But truth is clear like the Sun for those who have eyes.
No sane person would be aroused by a 6-year-old child. Decent people wince at the thought of this shameful act. Yet some Muslims deny them. The question is why so many followers of Muhammad would fabricate so many false hadithes about the age of Aisha, which incidentally confirm each other?

Now let us see how thighing is practiced on a female child
& who began this evil practice. According to an official Fatwa issued in Saudi Arabia, the prophet Muhammad began to practice thighing his child-bride, Aisha when she
was 6 years old until she reached 9 years of age (Fatwa No. 31409). The hadith mentioned the prophet Muhammad started performing literal sex with Aisha ONLY when she reached the age of 9 (Sahih al-Bukhari, book 62, hadith No. 89).
Muslim scholars collectively agree, a child becomes an adult, available for sexual intercourse as soon as she reaches the age of nine. Likewise, the Shari’a allows any of the faithful to marry a six-year-old child.
According to the fatwa, the prophet Muhammad could not have sex with his fiancée, Aisha when she was six due to her small size & age. However, the fatwa said that at age six, he would put his penis between her thighs and massage it gently because he did not want to harm her.
Imagine a man of 51 removing the clothes of a 6-year-old
girl and slipping his erect penis between her thighs, rubbing her until he ejaculated and his semen ran down her thighs. To this day, this is considered a benevolent act on the part of the adult male “not wanting to harm her.” What harm could be inflicted upon a young girl mentally and emotionally if not a grown man showing her his penis and stripping her of her clothes and rubbing his male organ between her legs?
Of course the twisted mind that does such an evil to a
female child, would not hesitate to ejaculate on her body. And if this sexually perverted evil frame of mind committed such an act upon a child, the pedophile would not stop at ejaculating on her. His evil desire would go further and rape
the child before she was a mature adult. This is exactly what Muhammad did to Aisha when she was yet a child of 9.
Before she reached puberty, he began to have sex with her.

these days, and especially during weddings, the habit of mufakhathat of the children (mufakhathat literally translated means “placing between the thighs of children” which means placing the male erected penis between the thighs of a child). What is the opinion of scholars knowing full well that the
prophet, the peace and prayers of Allah be upon him, also practiced the “thighing” of Aisha – the mother of believers ?’
After the committee studied the issue, they gave the
following reply: ‘It has not been the practice of the Muslims throughout the centuries to resort to this unlawful practice that has come to our countries from pornographic movies that the kofar (infidels) and enemies of Islam send.
As for the Prophet, peace and prayers of Allah be upon him, thighing his fiancée Aisha. She was six years of age and he could not have intercourse with her due to her small age.
That is why the prophet peace and prayers of Allah be upon
him placed his penis between her thighs and massaged it lightly, as the apostle of Allah had control of his penis not like other believers'” (Fatwa No. 31409).
Thighing of children is practiced in many Arab and Muslim
countries, notably in Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Iran, and the Gulf countries. Quran out of context: “Marry such women as seem good to you, two and three
and four… or what your right hands possess.”
Also using the term rape for having a conjugal (sexual) relationship
with a slave is wrong for the following reasons:
a) When an army conquers another army – there is unimaginable
chaos and commotion and in old times and even in modern times the conquering

persecuted during the chaos of war – and thus she becomes part of his

If Islam needs protection, then, your religion is not really great.
Allah protects Islam and the holy Qur’an, so we don’t need to protect in that context. But there are hafiz in muslims, so they learn Qur’an by heart and memories its every single word correctly. So we decided to have sexual intercourse with them but by
observing ‘azl (Withdrawing the male sexual organ before emission of semen to avoid conception). But we said: We are doing an act whereas Allah’s Messenger is amongst us; why not ask him?
So we asked Allah’s Messenger (May peace be upon him), and he said: It does not matter if you do not do it, for every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born.

There is no self which is to come into existence up to the Day of Rising but that it will come into existence.’ ”

No Muslim can deny the importance of Mohammed’s night journey in Islam, because this trip determined the Islamic rituals of praying five times a day, and performing ablution – or washing before prayer. In other words Mohammed’s night
journey should impact the lives of 1.5 billion Muslims all over the world – five times – each and every day.

Mohammed’s alleged overnight trip covered the 1,000 miles from Mecca to Jerusalem, a trip to heaven, and a return to Mecca by morning, and is described in part as follows:

It is narrated on the authority of Anas b. Malik that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: I was brought al-Buraq Who is an animal white and long, larger than a donkey but smaller than a mule, who would place his hoof a distance equal to the range of vision. I mounted it and came to the Temple (Bait Maqdis in Jerusalem), then tethered it to the ring used by the prophets. I entered the mosque and prayed two rak’ahs in it, and then came out and Gabriel brought me a vessel of wine and a vessel of milk.
So Mohammed flew on al-Buraq to the temple in Jerusalem,
tied it up to a ring “the prophets” had used in the past, and went on in to the Temple to pray. Because of the fantastic nature of Mohammed’s claims, some 21st century Muslims try to suggest that this was a vision or dream, but according
to perhaps the most highly regarded historian of Islam:

The sights which Allah’s Apostle was shown on the Night Journey when he was taken to Bait-ul-Maqdis (i.e. Jerusalem) were actual sights, (not dreams). And the Cursed Tree (mentioned) in the Quran is the tree of Zaqqum (itself).
Additionally, the rock enshrined in the Dome of the Rock on the temple mount, is supposed to be where Mohammed and
Baraq launched from, for the leg of the trip to heaven. So it would be untenable to suggest that Mohammed’s journey was a dream or vision, while at the same time claiming that he launched from a very much physical and tangible rock, on the temple mount.
Doubtless there were many skeptics when Mohammed
recounted the details of his trip the morning after his night journey on the flying animal. As Dr. Rafat Amari points out in the introduction to “Islam: In Light of History”, Abu Bakar (the first assistant of Mohammed who became his first Caliph) confirmed Mohammed’s descriptions of the temple he had visited, because Abu Baker claimed he had once taken a journey to Jerusalem and had seen the temple himself, and remembered it to be just as Mohammed had described it.
There is, however, a little difficulty with their accounts. The temple had been torn down over 500 years before their claims of personal visits to it. Indeed if Mohammed had actually hitched his flying animal anywhere near where the
temple had been, as he claimed “the prophets” had hitched theirs, at the time in history that his night flight is supposed to have occurred, he would have found that the temple mount was being used as a garbage dump. The Muslim’s own Caliph Omar would have observed this when he marched into
Jerusalem in 639 AD, not very many years after Mohammed offered his account detailed above.
While Mohammed and Bakr didn’t need to be concerned about their largely illiterate followers traveling the 1,000 miles
from Mecca to Jerusalem, to scrutinize their accounts, what excuse do today’s Muslims have in this 21st century information age?

* What Temple did Muhammad visit, enter and pray at before ascending to heaven?
* Seeing that the Quran mentions a journey to a Mosque that did not exist during the lifetime of Muhammad, how can you consider the Quran to be 100% the word of God?

The first wave of immigrants came with the success of the Maccabean, later Herodian, Judeo-Arab kingdom. Romanized Arabs (and Jews) from the trans-Jordan began migrating southward. The Tobiads which briefly had controlled Jerusalem extended their power southward from Petra
and established the “Tubba” dynasty of kings of Himyar. Yathrib was settled during this period.
The second wave of immigrants came before the destruction of the Temple, when refugees fleeing the war, as well as the
Sadducean leadership, fled to Arabia. Khaibar was established as a city of Sadducean Cohen-Priests at this time.
The third wave of immigrants were mostly refugees and soldiers from Bar Kochba’s revolt – fighters trained in the art of war and zealously nationalistic – sought refugee in Arabia.
This last wave of immigrants included people who are known in Islamic literature as the Aus and the Khazraj. Around 300 CE, they were forced out of Syria by the rising strength of Christian Rome, and the adoption of the Ghassan leader,
Harith I, of Christianity. At first the Aus and Khazraj lived on the outskirts of Yathrib. According to Islamic sources, the Khazraj, headed by Malik ibn Ajlan, sought and obtained military assistance from the Bani Ghasaan; and having enticed the principal chiefs of Yathrib into an enclosed tent, massacred them.[4] Then the citizens of Yathrib, beguiled into security by a treacherous peace, attended a feast given by their unprincipled foes; and there a second butchery took place, in which they lost the whole of their leaders.[5]

verses of Quran out of context: “Marry such women as seem good to you, two
and three and four… or what your right hands possess.”
Also using the term rape for having a conjugal (sexual) relationship
with a slave is wrong for the following reasons:
a) When an army conquers another army – there is unimaginable
chaos and commotion and in old times and even in modern times the conquering
army commits rapes, gang rapes, kills and thus disrespects the women of the
conquered side. Islam forbids all that. Instead it provides a way to protect
the women from becoming a free property and gang raped and then killed by
giving a choice to the conquering muslin army: (1) to marry the women or (2)
Take them as slaves
And Islam clearly stipulated the responsibilities of the
masters of slaves, some of which are:
a) The master of the slave is required to provide the same
food and clothing that he consumes to the slave
b) The master is responsible for providing the shelter and
all necessities of life to the slaves
c) He cannot force her to do prostitution and have sexual

d) He has to protect her from being killed, raped or
persecuted during the chaos of war – and thus she becomes part of his

And my grandparents, luckily enough, got out of Germany in 1933. They made new lives elsewhere, as all these displaced Arabs could have if they had not been held in “refugee” camps as geopolitical pawns to keep pushing this notion of occupation.
What does the refugee problem have to do with religious discrimination? First of all, a huge number of ethnic Palestinians hold Jordanian passports after they were evicted from their country (hello, you’re talking to one, nice to meet you.) Second of all, yes there are huge strives that need to be done to improve the quality of life for the refugees, but you have to understand the context: Jordan is home to over 1.7 million refugees, and more and more are coming in each day, with Jordan keeping its doors open for them. At the same time, Jordan is struggling to keep itself stable because of its socioeconomic situation. The fact is, Jordan is a very poor country in terms of resources, and a large part of its survival is due to grants and loans.
Second of all, you are probably aware of the widespread anti-Semitic sentiment in Europe that lasted for centuries up until after the holocaust. As a result, in the late 19th century, the Zionist congress was established in Europe and the movement grew. The very definition of Zionism necessitates the establishment of an exclusively Jewish nation, with its borders in the then state of Palestine. This meant that the entire Arab indigenous population of Palestine had to be eradicated, so that this new land – Israel – could be entirely Jewish. As such, the Jewish National Fund would buy land in Palestine for instance, and prohibit it from being sold or leased back to any Palestinian. After the Arabs became aware of the intentions of theZionists, i.e. the displacement of the Palestinians from their land (which they have been present in for over 1200 years) to make way for this new nation, they became increasingly opposed to them. They did NOT hate the Jews because they were Jews, they hated the Zionist movement’s plans to eradicate the existence of Palestinians from their homeland. To the Zionists, the rights of the indigenous Palestinian people did not and will never matter.
Zionism itself of course is not the problem if it was indeed based on the notion of “a land without people for a people without land.” However, the Palestinian land DID have people, it had over 700,000 people in 1919 whose ancestral roots also lay in that land.

Interestingly, you mention the displaced Palestinians as “Arabs” who could have easily relocated to a different “Arab” country. But what you fail to acknowledge is the nationalism of the Palestinian people towards their land wherein lies both religious and ethnic roots. Palestinian people are first and foremost Palestinian before they are Arab. To assume that any other country can make way for the millions of Palestinians forced out of their country by brute force so that another people could occupy the land and ethnically cleanse all non-Jews without even acknowledging the daily crimes and massacres committed against the people whose land they have stolen is simply absurd.
The “refugee” problem is an invented problem to deny the legitimacy of the State of Israel. Tens of millions of refugees have been assisted and found permanent solutions under the stewardship of the UNHCR while the number of refugees under UNRWA tutelage just seems to have grown. Why does Jordan have 1.7 million refugees when only about 1.3 million non-Jews lived west of the Jordan River, and many stayed there? Could it be that their basic human rights are ignored so that Arab states can continue to demonize Israel?
Why have Arab states not provided full citizenship to these “palestinians”? Where are the camps of all the Jews displaced by the Arab states.
If you want to talk about ancestral roots, why do you stop at 1919? Who was here just before that 1200 years you speak of? There were Jews in Israel before there even was Chrisitianity or Islam. I did not deny that many people were displaced, nor do I suggest that that is not traumatic, but to assert a national identity in Palestine is quite absurd. Where then were the great revolts against the Ottomans? Why has that identity suddenly been identified with the borders of the Israel and not the borders of the mandate, or perhaps something else before Sykes-Picot?
Jews were still second-class citizens. Perhaps they enjoyed periods of less persecution by one or another group or religion, but in the final analysis, the all so tolerant Muslim states kicked most of them out (or as you say ethnically cleansed) as well, many from communities across the Arab world that pre-dated Islam itself.

Unfortunately there are passages in the old testament that try to justify rape as well. This is not just a Muslim thing. There are Christians who hate Muslims. Muslims who hate Christians, Jews who hate Germans and the list goes on and on. Then everyone sits back and says I wish this world was not so cruel. I wish we could all get along. I wish there was world peace. It baffles my mind. Well each one of us can do our part and these comments back and forth are not helping to spread world peace. While people criticize Mohammad for having multiple wives, maybe they should remember that Abraham had more than one wife and he banished her to the wilderness to die with her son because his first wife Sarah was jealous. The bible is also a history lesson and will tell of the incidents that were occuring at that time. The Quran would do the same thing. How can they tell the story without telling the history?
Humans created slavery. It was not something God ordained. I do not care what religion it is. The God of that religion would not approve of such actions.
Slavery existed even in biblical times. The Jews were slaves in Egypt and Moses was sent to free them. The message was not let my Jewish people go. It was let my people go. God did not approve of slavery then and I do not believe he approves of it now. There were sex slaves during that time too and this is evidenced in the story in Exodus. Sex slaves exist to this day only it called human trafficking. It is not just this one muslim cleric that will try and justify rape for his own agenda. Other cultures and faiths have also tried to justify it. There will sadly be followers of this cleric and so the lack of world peace and intolerance will continue.

One of the problems (of many) that I have with your religion is that muslims constantly defend those who shame their faith. Christians have spoken out against those priests who harmed children and in most cases (albeit not all) the priests have been removed from their positions and prosecuted. Have the muslims spoken out or prosecuted their church leaders for condoning rape & murder? MARRIAGE IN ISLAM:
A WHOREHOUSE FOR MEN, A JAILHOUSE FOR WOMEN
In the Quran, there is no word for marriage. The only word used is nikah, which means ‘having sex’ or ‘sexual intercourse’ in Arabic.
WIVES IN ISLAM
According to Quran a wife is some one with whom you have sex with.
Different types of wives are:
A paid wife with an open ended contract (House wife)
A paid wife with a fixed term contract (Muta wife)
A paid visitation only wife with a visitation contract (Misyar wife)
Slave girl (bought gifted or captured)
The price paid for vagina is called Mahr. Thus according to Quran a contract
wife is like a whore who gets paid for her vagina called Mahr while a slave girl wife is like a whore who does not get paid a Mahr for her vagina.
Quran 4.24: Seek out wives by means of your wealth, and give those with whom ye have cohabited their price.
APPROACH HER IN ANY WAY YOU WANT
A wife has no say in the way the husband approaches her for enjoyment.
Prophet said (Bukhari: Volume 7, Book 62, Number 81):
“you are given the right to enjoy the women’s private parts”.
Quran 2.223: Your women are a tilth for you, so go to your tilth (have sexual relations in any manners), when or how you will. (trs. Hilali & Khan)
WIVES CAN BE DUMPED AT WILL
Like a client can dump a whore at will and pick up another one, the Quran says a husband can dump his wife and get another one.
Q 4.20. If you want to exchange one wife for another than don’t take back any part of what you paid her.
Hadiths say that Hasan Bin Ali, Prophet Mohammad’s beloved grand son, who
died young, went through more than 70 wives in his short life.
The husband is like a client of a whore. Once a wife is paid Mahr she is obliged to submit her private parts 24/7 to him.
WHORES CAN DUMP A CLIENT, MUSLIM WIVES CANNOT DUMP HER HUSBAND
If a whore changes her mind and does not want sex she can. She can return the money and kick him out. However, in Islam a wife does not have that liberty. Once the Mahr is paid her vagina is his to enjoy. She must submit to him any time he gets an urge.
Ibn Majah 1854: “Prophet said if he asks her to surrender herself to him for sexual intercourse on a camel’s back, she should not refuse him even on a camel’s saddle.”
However in our prophet’s case, whenever he had a huge urge (erection) and his
child-wife got scared and ran away during foreplay, he had to catch her, bribe her with a new doll and drag her back to bed.
SAYING NO COSTS ISLAMIC WIVES WHIPPING AND DIVINE CURSING
If a wife refuses sex to a husband Allah ordered husbands to give her a good
whipping.
Quran 4.34: Scourge (whip) your wife if she does not obey.
And ordered angels to curse her all night.
Bukhari 4.54.460: “If a husband calls his wife to his bed for sex and if she , he angels will curse her till morning”.
A WHIPPED WIFE MUST BE PUT ON AN INJURED LIST
Once a wife is whipped badly, she cannot lie down and have sex without severe pain, seriously limiting the ways a husband can approach her thus violating aya 2.223. Our prophet told the momins to postpone sex with her.
Bukhari Volume 7, Book 62, Number 132:
The Prophet said, “When you flog your wife like you flog your slave then postpone the sexual intercourse.”
VAGINA CONTRACTS
OPEN-ENDED CONTRACT (REGULAR WIFE)
A n open ended contract is signed for a negotiated price for an undetermined
period. In addition wife gets boarding lodging and clothing. However if the husband decides to dump her, he can break the contract verbally and kick her out (4.20) any time he wants to but he cannot get any money back he paid for her vagina even if he used it for five minutes.
Q 4.20: if you replace a wife by another, you cannot get any part of Mahr back even if it was a large sum.
A broken contract cannot be renewed until the her vagina is used by another
momin and is then released (halala).
Quran 2.230: And if he has divorced her, then she is not lawful unto him thereafter until she has sex with another husband. And if he has divorced her then she is not lawful unto him thereafter until she has married another husband. Then, if the other husband divorces her, it is no sin on both of them that they reunite.
On the other hand a wife has no right to break a contract similarly. She can only break it if she can prove him to be impotent or insane in a court of law.
SHORT-TERM CONTRACT or MUTA WIFE
A man can sign a contract with a woman to use her vagina for a pre-determined period at negotiated price.
The contract can be renewed without the requirement of interim use of her vagina by another man.
VISITATION CONTRACT (MISYAR WIFE)
In this contract a husband visits a misyar wife for sexual pleasure and pays her for each visit. The husband does not have to provide her boarding and lodging.
WAYS TO ACQUIRE SLAVE GIRLS
A slave girl doesn’t get paid Mahr for her vagina. She is acquired as a free gift (Maria was a free gift for Prophet from Egyptian king), bought from another owner (sometimes prophet took away pretty girls for free from their owners*) or captured after killing her father or husband (prophet took 20% of the captured women from a raid booty).
Sahih Muslim, Book 019, Number 4345:
It has been narrated on the authority of Salama (b. al-Akwa’) who said: We fought against the Fazara and Abu Bakr was the commander over us. Abu Bakr bestowed a young girl upon me as a prize. She was one of the prettiest girls in Arabia. So we arrived in Medina. I had not yet disrobed her (had not have sex with her) when the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) met me in the street and said: Give me that girl, O Salama. I said: Messenger of Allah, she has fascinated me. I had not yet disrobed her. When on the next day, the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) met me again in the street (Salama was parading the young beauty to make other jihadis jealous). Prophet said: O Salama, give me that girl, may God bless your father. I said: She is for you. Messenger of Allah! By Allah, I have not yet disrobed her.
SLAVE GIRLS ARE THE BEST BARGAINS IN ISLAM
Quranic ayas 4.3, 4.24, 23.6, 33.50 & 70.30 allow a Muslim man to have sex with slave girls. A slave girl can be bought or acquired by killing infidels and capturing their wives and daughters.
Slave girls are the best bargain Islam has to offer to Muslim men but unfortunately Muslims are denying themselves this great reward from Allah just to appease infidel west. The uses of a slave-girl are:
1. They provide sex 24/7.
2. They are used as house maid
3. Offered as sex partners to overnight house guests.
4. Offered as gifts to family and friends for a few days or for good*.

SLAVE GIRLS ARE INCOME PROPERTIES
