According to Egyptian journalist, Dr. Lamis Gabar, one of many covering the Morsi trials, the deposed president and Muslim Brotherhood member once said to the Egyptian-born, former Muslim Brotherhood member and current al-Qaeda leader, Ayman Zawahiri: “You are our partners in the governance of Egypt.”
Yet one more claim to be added to the many others, including from jihadis, that the Morsi government was working hand-in-hand with al-Qaeda.
