I was on the Glazov Gang during the recent David Horowitz Freedom Center’s West Coast Retreat. FrontPage Magazine’s description of the panel, and the video of it, follow:
This week’s Glazov Gang was joined by scholars Bruce Thornton (Freedom Center Shillman Fellow), Raymond Ibrahim (Freedom Center Shillman Fellow) and Robert Spencer (Director, JihadWatch.org).
The three titans joined the Gang at the Freedom Center’s 2015 West Coast Retreat, held March 6-8 in Palos Verdes, CA.
The discussion focused on Jihad on the Offensive, a topic in which the three scholars unveiled the evil the free world is up against:
As to Dr. Glazov’s question regarding the denial by western leaders of the malevolence of Islam: The western denial, among other things, weakens the resolve of the west in actively and aggressively opposing Islam. This criticism should be directed at all western leaders especially and including western Christian leaders like the Roman Pope and the liberal Protestants, or any professing Christian who fail to condemn Islam.

I sometimes wonder whether Glazov literally finds these clowns in bars or trailer homes, gives them a crash course in xenophobia, and then brands them as “experts.” A former bodybuilder, failed writer, and disgraced library technician is suddenly an “expert on Islam and the Middle East?” Please. Neither Ibrahim or Spencer have any scholary credentials. Neither of them have published in peer reviewed journals or with scholarly presses. They rehash the same lies, for example that the Old Testament only contains descriptive violence-complete hogwash as even a cursory reading of Deutoronomy reveals. In other words, both are the equivalent of flat earth society members.
bwhaaaaaaaaaaa. You are so comical. You must be a Muslim. If that is the case then please endorse Muhammad If not, then why not?
Maybe some God has told him to express so? …
A bit of insulting – Why?
No one takes on the topic the way “clowns” do it. No one keeps fire burning like them on such important matter. Politicians, academicians, other “out of cage” dignitaries are obliged to first of all maintain official political trend. They never speak fully, nor truthfully.
For instance, for many years IS and other brothers in arms obviously follow strategy to clean all Middle East from Christians, North Africa. Most probably, one day they will achieve it.
So who covers that line with appropriate comments and conclusions apart from those three “in-cages”?
And, which is xenophobia – mas murders and cleansing or comments on them?
Where venerable academicians, politicians with their scholarly thick books are?
Aha, they just keep the appeasement line – but is it very effective, how?
